Laura Della Torre built the eBay Certified Provider Program in 2004 to help pair the right eBay sellers with the right solutions that optimize and grow their business. The program qualifies third party companies with demonstrated expertise and experience in growing eBay seller businesses, and provides sellers the tools to locate them. She has been leading the program ever since, and is now considered the expert on third party software and services for the auction industry.

Prior to her tenure at eBay, she led developer channel programs at both Apple and Philips. Max Leisten, Senior Product Manager at ChannelAdvisor

As Product Manager for ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces, Max is responsible for the future direction and development of online marketplaces and payment solutions, including eBay, Amazon, Overstock.com, PayPal, Cybersource and Google Checkout. Previously Max managed a business intelligence platform for Thomson Corporation (TOC) and consulted for Fortune 500 companies.

A German native and sleep-deprived father of new twins, Max received his undergraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
